Terms and Conditions For Snipeshot’s Coaching Services
1. Introduction
Welcome to our online video game coaching service. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking a session with us, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 No Refunds:
You will not be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
If you quit the game.
If you fail to notify us 48 hours in advance about your inability to attend a session.
If you are too lazy to show up for your scheduled session.
2.2 Refunds:
You may be eligible for a refund if you provide a valid reason. All refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your payment, with no exceptions.
4. Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule a session, you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify us within this time frame will result in the forfeiture of your payment, with no exceptions.

To reschedule, please send an email to juanbuitrago@snipeshot5000.com with "Reschedule" in the subject line to ensure your request is seen promptly.

The activities within the sessions will vary based on the individual player's skill level and specific needs.
7. Additional Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or notifying you directly.
By booking a session, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in termination of your coaching sessions without a refund.
